Well, here we have a Dr. Doom skin. And after reading up on Dr. Doom and looking at some pictures, I can safely say this really doesn’t look like him. Yes, there is a small superficial resemblance with color, but it doesn’t look much like him.

To start with the face…the author just took an existing face texture, desaturated it, then drew black lines on it for the mask. Then there are the robes and cape. They’re green, all right. But when I look at a picture of Dr. Doom from the comic, only the tunic and cape were green. The arms weren’t. And as for the rest of the skin, it’s supposed to look like his Battle Armor, but it really just looks like the author turned it all gray. More definition in this skin is needed, and more work. But then again, many people don’t care about accuracy. So this if you like it.
